TreasureTrail is committed to providing clear, reliable, and professional shipping services for our customers. This Shipping Policy explains how we process orders, how shipping costs and timeframes are calculated, what to expect if products are fulfilled by third parties, how tracking works, and what you should do if something goes wrong. This Policy works together with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy; in the event of any conflict with mandatory law, the mandatory law will prevail. Please read this Policy so you know what to expect when ordering from TreasureTrail.

Order Processing and Handling Times

Orders are prepared and processed promptly after they are placed. Typical order processing time is one to three business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays), during which we verify payment, check product availability with our suppliers, and prepare items for shipment. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time: processing is our internal handling interval before a package leaves a fulfillment location, while transit time is the period the carrier spends moving the package to you. During high-volume periods — for example around major sales, holidays, or supplier stock updates — processing times may extend beyond the usual window; if a significant delay is expected, we will notify you by email using the contact details on your order.

Shipping Methods, Rates and How Costs Are Calculated

Shipping rates and available shipping methods are displayed at checkout and are calculated based on the delivery destination, shipping speed selected, the total weight and dimensions of your order, and the fulfillment method used. We maintain country-specific shipping configurations to provide accurate estimates; however, the final charge at checkout is the authoritative price. Where shipping is offered as “free” on promotional terms, that will be clearly shown at checkout and applied to eligible orders. Express or expedited shipping options may be offered for an additional fee where available. Unless specifically stated at checkout, duties, import taxes, VAT, and other customs-related charges are the responsibility of the recipient; these charges are not included in our shipping fees unless explicitly stated.

Shipping Destinations and Availability

TreasureTrail ships to the countries and territories displayed at checkout. If your country does not appear as an option in the checkout, we are currently unable to ship there. We may exclude certain regions or postcodes for logistical or legal reasons (for example, restricted items or carrier limitations). We continuously review our shipping coverage and may expand or restrict the list of supported destinations as needed.

Third-Party Fulfillment, Suppliers and Packaging Disclosure

To provide a broad product selection and competitive pricing, many TreasureTrail orders are fulfilled by trusted third-party suppliers, manufacturers, or fulfillment partners. As a result, items may ship directly from our suppliers’ fulfillment centers, which can be located in various countries. Packaging, labels, and shipping documentation may therefore reflect the supplier or manufacturer name rather than TreasureTrail, and commercial invoices used for customs will show declared item values. TreasureTrail will, where commercially reasonable, request neutral packaging and minimal commercial descriptions; however, we cannot guarantee supplier compliance with such requests. This disclosure is intended to set realistic expectations about shipment origin, paperwork, and packaging and to reduce surprises for customers.

Transit Times and Tracking Information

Carrier transit times vary by destination and shipping method. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout but remain estimates only; actual carrier transit times can be affected by customs processing, local delivery networks, weather conditions, and other factors outside TreasureTrail’s control. Once an item ships, we will email you shipment confirmation and any available tracking number(s). In some cases, especially with certain international fulfillment partners, tracking updates may be limited or may only show the origin and arrival to the destination country; final-mile tracking may be provided by a different local carrier. If you require more detailed updates than those provided automatically, you may contact us with your order number and we will assist in obtaining the most current information available from the carrier or supplier.

Split Shipments and Multiple Parcels

Orders that include multiple items may be fulfilled from different suppliers or warehouses and therefore may arrive in separate shipments and at different times. Each shipment will have its own tracking number when available. Shipments that arrive separately do not entitle you to additional refunds for shipping charges unless otherwise communicated in the Refund Policy or where a pricing error has occurred.

Customs, Duties, Import Restrictions and Local Regulations

By placing an order for international delivery, the Customer officially serves as the "Importer of Record" and is exclusively responsible for ensuring the Product may be lawfully imported into the destination jurisdiction. TreasureTrail bears no responsibility for shipments seized, delayed, or destroyed by customs authorities due to local regulatory restrictions or the Customer’s failure to provide required import documentation. All applicable value-added taxes (VAT), consumption taxes, brokerage fees, and customs duties are the sole financial obligation of the Customer and are typically collected by the carrier at the time of delivery. Failure to remit these payments constitutes a breach of this Policy. If a shipment is abandoned at customs, destroyed by authorities, or returned to TreasureTrail because the Customer refused to pay local import fees, the Customer forfeits the right to a full refund. In such instances, any refund issued will be strictly "Partial," with all outbound shipping, return freight, and administrative handling fees deducted from the original purchase price.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Shipments — What to Do

TreasureTrail utilizes professional logistics networks to ensure the delivery of high-value equipment. If a shipment is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier’s electronic tracking system or GPS verification, TreasureTrail’s contractual obligation is considered legally fulfilled. We are not liable for "Porch Piracy" or theft occurring after the point of successful delivery. If a Customer claims non-receipt despite a "Delivered" status, the Customer must: (1) File a formal police report for theft; (2) Initiate a "Missing Mail" search with the carrier; and (3) Provide TreasureTrail with the official case numbers for both. TreasureTrail will provide reasonable assistance in these investigations, but we do not issue "automatic" refunds for confirmed deliveries. For shipments that are legitimately "Lost in Transit" (where tracking ceases to update for more than 21 business days prior to a delivery scan), we will initiate a comprehensive investigation with the supplier and carrier. Please note that these investigations may require up to 30 days to conclude before a replacement or credit is authorized.

Failed Delivery, Refused Parcels and Uncollected Packages

If a carrier attempts delivery and the recipient is unavailable, the carrier may leave a notice with pickup instructions or reattempt delivery. If a parcel is uncollected from a pickup point within the carrier’s storage period, or if a shipment is refused and returned to the sender, additional return shipping and handling charges may apply and may be deducted from any refund in accordance with our Refund Policy. TreasureTrail is not responsible for fees imposed by carriers for storage or return-to-sender charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the Customer.

Returns of Shipped Items and Return Shipping Costs

Return eligibility, timeframes, and procedures are governed by our Refund Policy. In general, items returned due to change of mind may require the Customer to cover return shipping costs unless otherwise specified. If an item is defective, damaged, or materially not as described, TreasureTrail will work with you and, where appropriate, with the supplier to provide a remedy which may include replacement, repair, or refund. For international returns, customs processes and return shipping can be more complex and expensive; please contact us before initiating a return so we can advise the best way to proceed.

Shipping Fees and Refunds for Shipping Charges

All shipping fees collected at the point of checkout represent the immediate cost of logistics and labor and are strictly non-refundable once the package has been handed over to the carrier. This policy remains in effect regardless of carrier transit delays, customs-induced hold times, or logistical interruptions caused by external factors (see Section 13). Shipping charges will only be eligible for a refund in the event of an internal administrative error, such as the shipment of a materially incorrect item or a failure to initiate the shipment within our stated processing window. If a Customer elects to return a functional item under our 15-day "Change of Mind" policy, the original shipping cost is withheld from the final settlement. By completing a transaction, the Customer acknowledges that transit times are "Estimates" and not "Guarantees," and that no shipping refund will be issued for packages that arrive later than the carrier’s projected delivery date.

Force Majeure and Delays Beyond Our Control

Shipping and delivery can be impacted by events outside TreasureTrail’s reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, strikes, pandemics, supplier stock shortages, or carrier network disruptions. In such circumstances, TreasureTrail shall not be liable for delays or failures to deliver on time, and we will use commercially reasonable efforts to inform affected Customers and to resume normal service as promptly as practicable.

How We Communicate Shipping Updates

We will send email notifications to the address provided on your order for key events such as order confirmation, shipping confirmation, and delivery information where available. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and for checking that mailbox settings do not block our messages. You may also monitor shipping status via the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation. Changes to Shipping Options and This Policy

TreasureTrail reserves the right to change shipping methods, carriers, shipping fees, delivery estimates, and this Shipping Policy at any time. Updated policies will be posted on the Website with an updated Effective Date. Changes apply to orders placed after the revised policy takes effect; where changes affect an order already placed, we will notify you if the change materially affects your order fulfillment.
